Two layers of yellow cake with fresh strawberries and custard filling with a whipped cream frosting.
(You may substitute pineapple, blueberry
or raspberry filling for the strawberries)

Piña Colada Cassata
Two layers of white or yellow cake soaked with rum with coconut custard and pineapple filling with a whipped cream frosting.

Raspberry Truffle
One layor of chocolate cake and one layer of white cake with chocolate mousse and raspberry filling between the layers and a whipped cream frosting.

Strawberry Truffle
One layer of chocolate cake and one layer of white cake with chocolate mousse and strawberry filling between the layers and a whipped cream frosting.

Tiramisu
Two layers of yellow raked soaked with expresso coffee and amaretto, liquor with marscapone cheese between the layers dusted with cocoa and topped with a whipped cream icing.

"Santa Lorenzo" Torte
Our own exclusive creation of four layers of moist white cake soaked in amaretto liquor with raspberry mousse and raspberry jelly between the layers with a whipped cream frosting.

¼ sheet single layer serves 12 to 16

¼ sheet double layer serves 20 to 25

½ sheet single layer serves 25 to 35

½ sheet double layer serves 40 to 50

Full sheet single layer serves 60 to 80.
Full sheet double layer serves 80 to 100.

Tiered anniversary or special occasions

2 tier 10 inch x 7-inch serves 35

2 tier 12 inch x 7-inch serves 50-60

You may also special order a half or full sheet cake with a 7 inch or 9 inch round cake on top for an that special birthday, anniversary or wedding.

All cakes include a personalized message with a spray of flowers in your choice of colors.

We can also add icing balloons or streamers/confetti to your cake at no extra charge.

Keep in mind that we can customize any cake with an edible computerized picture or a licensed character
(over 100 varieties in stock).
